Abstract
The stripping ratio (SR) is very important in open pit mining design. To find out the influence factoron the change of SR, Simplicity analysis method was carried out in Robust design. The factors has been separatedin 5-controls and 3-noises factors which has been assigned 3 and 2 Levels each. And a crossed orthogonal arrayhave been designed for the Minitab statistics software. To calculate the SR value, 3D mining software (as Dimine)was used and then outcome values were adopted S/N (“Small the better”) function. The results showed that afactor’s optimal compound and a contribution were not only able to be estimated but figured out an importantrole in among the factors.
본 연구에서는 박토비의 변화에 영향을 미치는 인자들을 찾기 위해 강건설계를 이용하여 간략화 분석법을 실시하였다. 인자는 3수준의 제어인자 5개 와 2수준의 잡음인자 3개로 구분하여 L27(3⁵)×4의 교차직교표를상용통계프로그램인 Minitab을 이용하여 생성하였다. 박토비 값은 3차원 광산설계 프로그램으로 계산하였고계산된 값에 목적함수를 적용하여 분석하였다. 그 결과 인자의 최적수준의 조합과 기여도(율) 산정이 가능하였을뿐 아니라 인자들 간의 중요한 역할을 파악할 수 있었다.
