To evaluate reinforcing effect of two types of grout mixture, ordinary portland cement and microcement, on the water leakage region in dike, we performed both injection test and hydraulic test. We also applied electrical resistivity survey using dipole-dipole and Schlumberger arrays to see resistivity variation before and after grouting. We found that injection performance of microcement is much higher than that of ordinary portland cement and that the permeability ranges reduced ten to hundred times and ten times, respectively. In the results of resistivity survey using dipole-dipole array along the crest of dike, we could not find noticeable spatial variation in the resistivity distribution array after grouting. Long term resistivity monitoring results at three points of dike with Schlumberger array showed that the decreasing region of apparent resistivity and inverted resistivity in the one dimensional inversion were the occupied region by grout after grouting. From these result, we could show that the resistivity survey is quite effective to evaluate grout region in dike.
