This study is about the questionnaire analysis of experts on energy conservation technology development projects which has been done during 1992～2000. The experts were chosen from 1300 energy experts who were listed in the energy expert data base. The main contents of the questionnaire were projects finding system, projects decision process, suitability of the assessment, budget management, projects outcome, projects management. The results of the research could be applied to the data for future energy technology policy, climate convention negotiation.
본 연구는 1992년부터 2000년까지 정부가 추진한 에너지절약기술개발사업에 대한 성과분석의 일환으로 에너지절약 전문가 데이터베이스에 수록된 1300여명의 전문가들을 대상으로 에너지 관리공단이 2001년 12월 10일 부터 동년 12월 20일까지 조사한 결과를 분석한 연구이다. 설문지에 포함된 주요 내용들은 과제의 발굴 관련문항, 과제선정 관련사항, 평가의 적정성, 사업비관리, 절차의 실효성, 지원절차 등과 같은 사업관리문항, 기술개발에 따른 개선효과와 같은 성과관련문항, 사업의 사후관리에 관한 문항으로 구성되어 있다. 분석의 결과는 향후 에너지기술개발정책, 기후변화협상시 주요자료로 활용될 것이다.
