Abstract
Subsidence according to goaf in abandoned mine threatens not only the stability of key facilities but also the safety of nearby residents. That is why survey is conducted on areas vulnerable to subsidence, and in the process, subsidence theory and numerical methods are used to see whether there is subsidence or not. In particular, graphical method and continuum analysis are mostly used. But, using only the two above-mentioned methods in subsidence prediction has its limits, considering that geological structure in Korea is very complex. In this study, discontinuum analysis that could reflect the movement of blocks between joints is also used to predict the subsidence. Also, a study on characteristics of subsidence is conducted by using not only ground surface observation but also underground observation.
방치된 폐광산의 채굴적에 의한 지반침하는 주요 시설물의 안정성뿐만 아니라 주민들의 안전을 위협하고 있다. 따라서 지반침하가 우려되는 지역에 대한 조사 수행을 하며 침하의 발생 유무를 파악하기 위해 침하 이론 및 수치해석이 적용되고 있다. 이중 주로 사용되는 기법은 도식법과 연속체 해석이다. 복잡한 국내 지질구조의 침하 예측에 있어 위의 두 기법만을 적용하는 것은 한계가 있다. 본 연구에서는 암반 블록의 거동을 반영할 수 있는 불연속체 해석도 적용하여 지반침하를 예측하였다. 또한 지표면에 국한되지 않고 지중 관측을 수행하여 침하특성에 대한 연구를 하였다.
