Abstract
The screw feeders are used at gathering the minerals at the seafloor, transportation of the sewage, and at the beverage industry. This study is about the amount of the alteration amount of the material transportation. Relates to the angle, rpm and ratio of pitch ; finding the optimum condition and knowing about designing the screw feeders shape. As a result, we found the suitable rpm and a suitable angle. According to the experiment, the best rpm and angle are 100~200 rpm and 10°, respectively.
스크류피더는 해저 자원 채집 및 하수 침전물 이송 등 여러 산업 현장에서 다양한 용도로 사용되고 있다. 주로 고체 물질들의 이송에 사용되는 스크류피더의 이송시스템을 연구하여 최적의 스크류 형상을 설계하기 위하여 본 연구에서는 다양한 이송각, 회전수, 스크류 피치에 대한 연구를 수행하였다. 실험 결과에 따라 상대적으로 스크류 피더의 최적 회전수와 경사각은 100∼200 rpm, 10°로 시스템을 구성할 수 있었다.
