Duty Analysis and Contents Standard Revision of National Qualification in the Field of Mine Reclamation Utilizing National Competency Standard 국가직무능력표준을 활용한 광해방지분야 국가기술자격의 직무분석 및 출제기준 개정

Abstract

NCS(national competency standard) of the mine environmental management was developed in 2014. Job analysis of national qualification in the field of mine reclamation by utilizing National Competency Standard was carried out. This study defined the duty of mine reclamation by integrating the investigation of mine hazard and mine reclamation and deduced total 8 competency units and total 30 competency unit elements. Performance criteria related to competency unit elements and knowledge, skill, and attitude were derived, and range of variable and work situation, guide of assessment were developed. Contents standard revision of national technical qualification examination in the field of mine reclamation based on the job analysis was performed.

2014년 광산환경관리분야의 국가직무능력표준이 개발됨에 따라 이를 기반으로 출제기준 적용기간이 만료된 광해방지기사 종목의 직무분석을 실시하였다. 세분류 단위의 광해조사와 광해복원으로 개발된 국가직무능력표준을 통합하여 광해방지의 직무를 정의하고 총 8개의 능력단위와 총 30개의 능력단위요소를 도출하였다. 능력단위요소와 관련된 수행준거와 지식, 기술, 태도를 도출하고, 적용범위 및 작업상황, 평가지침을 개발하였다. 직무분석 결과를 바탕으로 광해방지기사 필기 및 실기시험 출제기준을 개정하였다.
