Abstract
In this study, we proposed mine designs and evaluated economic feasibility using mine design software.3D mine databases including 3D topography, 3D mine and stope modeling, 3D geological modeling, and 3Ddrill hole databases were constructed. After analyzing the mining method on a particular type of ore body selectedfrom the established databases, a sub-level stoping and room and pillar mining method were selected. Based onthe selected mining methods, a mine design was carried out in considering development, exploitation of resources,ventilation and drainage with three production cases, and thereby the development plan and production schedulecould be established. Capital cost and operating cost were estimated for the proposed design. Discounted CashFlow (DCF) was analyzed using estimates of the total present value, the internal rate of return (IRR) and thecut-off grade for the three production cases. Major factors influencing economic feasibility of the mine wereidentified through sensitivity analysis.
본 연구에서는 광산설계용 소프트웨어를 이용하여 광산 설계 및 경제성 평가 기법을 제시하였다. 이를위해 연구대상광산을 대상으로 3차원 지형, 3차원 갱도 및 채굴적 모델링, 3차원 지질모델링, 3차원 시추 데이터베이스를 포함하는 3차원 광산 데이터베이스를 구축하였으며, 연구대상 광체에 대한 채광법으로 중단채광법과주방식 채광법을 선정하였다. 이를 기반으로 3가지 생산조건에 대해 개갱 및 채광 설계와 통기 및 배수설계를수행하였으며 광산 개발 및 채광 계획을 수립하였다. 제시된 설계안에 대해 투자비와 운영비를 산정하고 현금할인모델을 작성하여 3가지 생산조건별 총 현재가치, 내부수익률, cut-off 품위를 산정하였으며, 민감도 분석을통해 광산 경제성에 영향을 미치는 주요 인자를 도출하였다.
