In order to investigate the synthetic possibility of the zeolite X using detergent builder from dickitic agalmatolite, synthetic reactions were studied with variables such as mole ratios of reactants and reaction time. The alkalinity of reaction mixtures have greatly influenced in the composition and the particle size distribution of zeolite X. Then the average size of the zeolite particles obtained has to be adjusted through the H2O/ Na2O mole ratios. The SiO2 /Al2O3 mole ratios as low as possible led to zeolite X with high crystallinity. Increasing the Na2O/ SiO2 mole ratios, the velocity of crystallization was advanced. The synthesis of zeolite X from a calcined agalmatolite and sodium silicate solution was possible at lower price for its use as a builder in detergents. Optimized aging time was 12 hours with increase in the nucleation of amorphous gel which enhances its reactivity. This effect is lower as the aging time increases.
딕카이트질 납석으로부터 세제지지체용 제올라이트 X의 합성 가능성을 조사하기 위하여 반응물의 몰 비와 숙성 및 반응시간을 변화시켜 실험하였다. 반응물의 알카리도가 제올라이트 X의 조성과 입도크기분포에 가장 큰 영향을 미치며 농도가 감소할수록 입자크기가 커졌다. 가능한한 낮은 SiO2/ Al2O3 몰 비는 높은 결정도의 제올라이트를 이끌어냈으며 Na2O/ SiO2의 몰 비가 증가할수록 결정화 속도는 약간 빨라졌다. 소성한 납석과 규산나트륨 용액으로부터 세제지지체로 사용하기 위하여 저가의 제올라이트 X 합성이 가능하였다. 핵을 증가시키고 활동도 향상시키는 최적의 숙성시간은 12시간이었고, 숙성시간의 영향은 시간이 증가함에 따라 감소하였다.
