In this study, new software for mineral resource estimation and 3D modeling using geostatistics was developed. Thus it is possible to make 3D variogram maps using topography data and borehole data, and to estimate the strike and dip of ore reserve. 3D mineral resource estimation can be performed using 3D isotorpy․anisotropy variogram modeling and Kriging. By using the OpenGL (Open Graphics Library), it is possible to visualize various types of geo-information data such as topography, borehole, estimated 3D mineral resource. This paper describes main functions and details of the software development and implementation.
본 연구에서는 지구통계 기법을 활용한 광체 평가 및 3차원 모델링 소프트웨어를 개발하였다. 개발된 소프트웨어를 이용하여 지형정보, 시추정보를 활용하여 3차원 베리오그램 맵을 작성하여 광체의 연장 방향 및 경사를 예측할 수 있고, 3차원 베리오그램 모델링 및 크리깅을 이용한 3차원 광체 품위 예측이 가능하다. 또한 강력한 저수준 렌더링(Rendering) 기능을 제공하는 OpenGL을 이용하여 지형정보, 시추정보, 광체예측결과 등을 효과적으로 3차원 시각화 할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 개발된 소프트웨어의 주요 기능과 금음광산에 적용결과를 제시하였다.
