Abstract
The flexible hose, connected from the buffer system to the collector, is a kind of transfer pipe and plays a role of transferring mineral resources with seawater from the collector in deep sea lifting system. The flexible hose should be designed to consider various complex factors such as environmental condition, risk assessment, function, and operation. This study discussed the constituting facilities, dangerousness evaluation factors, function, materials, operation, deployment and retrievement related to flexible hose essentially.
심해저 광물자원 양광시스템에 있어 유연관은 집광기에 의해 채취된 광물을 해수와 함께 버퍼시스템으로 이송하는 역할을 한다. 유연관을 설계하기 위해서는 외부 환경조건, 위험성 평가, 기능설계, 구조설계 등 여러 요소들에 대한 고려와 복잡한 과정을 거쳐야 한다. 본 연구에서는 유연관의 구성장치와 시스템 설계 시 위험성 평가요소, 기능, 구조, 재료, 운전설계 및 시스템 설치·회수 시의 필수적인 고려사항 등을 기술하고자 한다.
