Abstract
Numerical flow analysis using the age of air in a working face has been conducted to investigate ventilation characteristics, including the optimal diameter and arrangement of a duct in a face for effective emission of dust and hazardous gas generated by the excavation of underground rock in a drift. 8 m wide and 6 m high and the exit of duct located 7 m from the face are used for a limestone mine. The optimum position of the duct was found to be on the middle side of the drift and 1 m diameter of duct was adequate for predetermined flow rate and the dimension of a drift.
지하 암반을 굴착하는 과정에서 발생하는 막장에서의 분진과 가스를 효과적으로 제거하기 위해 갱도내에서 풍관의 특성과 배치에 따른 통기특성을 파악하고 최적의 통기조건을 찾고자 통기연령의 개념을 도입하여 유동해석을 수행하였다. 갱도의 크기는 국내 석회석 광산을 기준으로 폭은 8 m, 높이는 6 m로 설정하였고, 풍관의 위치는 막장으로부터 7 m에 위치한다. 연구결과, 설정된 유량과 갱도의 규격에 대해 풍관의 위치는 갱도의 측면 중간에 위치한 경우와 풍관의 직경은 1 m인 경우가 가장 적합한 것으로 나타났다.
