Abstract
The object of this study is to find optimal condition for flotation according to the various condition of experiment for removal As and Cd on the tailing of Geumpung Mine using xanthate collector. The highest removal ratio of As and Cd in the tailing is investigated in the following conditions; frother : AF 65, dosage of frother : 250 g/ton, pH : pH 6, dosage of collector : 300 g/ton, rpm : 1,500 rpm, and pulp density : 25%. Under the aforementioned conditions, the removal ratio of As and Cd was over 70%. Finally, the result of flotation decreased As content to 6.75 mg/kg and Cd content to 2.86 mg/kg, satisfying the warning criteria (As: 25 mg/kg, Cd: 4 mg/kg) regulated by the Korean Ministry of Environment.
잔세이트 포수제를 이용한 금풍광산 광물찌꺼기의 As, Cd 제거를 위한 연구로서 부유선별의 다양한 조건 변화 실험을 통해 최적 실험 조건을 도출하였다. 조건별로 기포제는 AF 65, 기포제 첨가량은 250 g/ton, pH는 pH6, 포수제 첨가량은 300 g/ton, rpm은 1,500 rpm, 광액의 농도는 25%에서 As와 Cd의 제거율이 70% 이상으로 높았다. 최종적으로, 부유선별 실험을 통해 As와 Cd의 함량을 As는 6.75 mg/kg, Cd은 2.86 mg/kg까지 낮추어 토양오염공정시험 1지역 우려기준(As 25 mg/kg, Cd 4 mg/kg)을 만족시키는 결과를 얻었다.
