Abstract
The classification of feldspar powders was carried out with multi channel zig zag air classifier and the formula of classified particle cut size and the efficiency of classification was abtained. It was possible for multi channel zig zag classifier to classify almost all particles below 10 mm by controlling wheel velocity. Classification efficiency of zig zag was better than one of multiflex centrifugal classifier. The formula of classified particles cut size in air flow of uniform speed field was deduced and area equivalent shape factor was considered instead of dynamic shape factor as a shape factor which influenced size determination. Experimental cut size data agreed with cut size affected by area equivalent shape factor which is aspect ratio rather than cut size of particles whose shape is sphere. This result showed that dynamic shape factor was simplified area equivalent shape factor, so dynamic shape factor may be able to be replaced by 2 dimensional area equivalent shape factor.
멀티채널 지그재그분급기로 장석 미립자의 분급을 수행함으로 분급기에 따른 분급효율을 알아보았다. 실험결과 wheel의 회전속도를 조절함으로써 10 mm 이하까지 분리입도를 조절하는 것이 가능함을 알 수 있었다. 분급효율은 멀티플렉스형 원심분급기보다 높았다. 균일한 기체흐름장에서 분리입도를 식으로 유도하고 이에 영향을 미치는 입자형상계수로 동적 형상계수 대신 면적형상계수를 고려하였다. 그 결과 식으로 구해진 분리입도와 실제 분리입도는 형상계수를 고려하지 않은 경우보다 잘 일치하였다. 면적형상계수는 동적형상계수를 평면적으로 단순화한 것이므로, 형상계수로 2차원적 형상계수를 도입하는 것은 가능한 것으로 사료된다.
