This paper analyzes the economic pre-feasibility of the promotion of renewable energy hybrid systemin Ulleung Island. The constructed renewable hybrid energy system reflects the renewable energy resources, powersystem operation, components cost, and local government\\\'s development plan. The result shows that the levelizedcost of energy of hydro-diesel hybrid power system and diesel only system are $0.243/kWh and $0.246/kWh,respectively. It is also shown that wind-hydro-diesel power is more economically feasible in the case of highdiesel price over $1.39/L and high wind speed condition over 6 m/s.
본 논문은 울릉도를 대상으로 신재생에너지 자원현황 및 발전소 운영실적, 전력수요시설 개발 계획을검토하여 복합전력시스템을 구성하고 발전용 디젤가격과 풍속 민감도 분석을 통해 신재생복합발전시스템의 보급타당성을 분석하였다. 분석결과 2010년 울릉도 공급연료비 기준으로 소수력-디젤내연발전시스템의 발전량당비용은 $0.243/kWh로 디젤내연단독발전시스템의 발전량당비용 $0.246/kWh 보다 낮으며, 연료가격 $1.39/L이상, 평균 풍속 6 m/s 이상의 조건에서 풍력-소수력-내연발전 시스템의 발전량당 비용이 여타 시스템에 비해 낮아지는 것을 확인하였다.
