Abstract
In this study, 3D Kirchhoff migration technique was performed to investigate its feasibility of the application to tunnel detection. For the seismic data acquisition, side-line array which can be classified into one of the typical cross-hole array was implemented to minimize the loss and distortion of diffraction signal caused by tunnel. We acquired three cross-hole seismic data sets from 4 boreholes located around the tunnel. In the pre- processing stage, to remove the unwanted events and to extract the diffraction signal, median filtering was applied for the suppression of tube and primary S event. Other events such as primary P wave and mode-converted events which separated in time with respect to diffraction signal were eliminated simply by surgical muting. We extracted vertical and horizontal migration images based on 3D kirchhoff migration technique. From these results, we concluded that migration technique has enough potential of application to tunnel detection. In addition, it is also necessary to perform the further experiment and discussion by employing the seismic S-wave source and three component borehole geophone.
본 연구는 터널탐지 목적의 시추공 간 탄성파자료의 3차원 Kirchhoff 구조보정에 관한 사례연구이다. 시추공 간 탄성파 자료획득에는 Side-line 배열을 설정함으로써 터널에 기인한 회절신호와 중첩되는 튜브파 및 직접 S파는 메디안 필터링으로, 시간적으로 중첩되지 않는 직접 P파와 모드변환 된 S-P파는 뮤팅만으로 용이하게 제거할 수 있었다. 현장자료는 터널 주변의 4개의 시추공을 이용하여 총 3개 단면의 시추공 간 탄성파 자료를 얻었으며 이를 3차원 Kirchhoff 구조보정을 통하여 3차원 수직 및 수평 구조보정단면을 작성하고 터널탐지를 위한 구조보정 기법의 적용 가능성을 확인하였다. 추가로, 사전정보가 없는 경우 3차원 구조보정 기법의 현장 적용성을 면밀히 검토하기 위해서는 횡파 송신원 및 3성분 시추공용 지오폰에 의한 자료획득 및 고찰이 필요하다고 판단된다.
